General Guidelines
Secure Third-Party Tags: All third-party tags must be secure. Co-promotion elements link internally to sweepstakes landing page
Blocking Tags: Blocking tags and retargeting/remarketing cookies are not accepted across the TKWW portfolio.
Data Collection Pixels: TKWW does not allow the use of data collection pixels.
Ad Safety Pixels: Ad safety monitoring requirements must be declared at time of booking.
Frequency Capping: Frequency capping should be discussed at time of booking.
Editorial Voice: Hitched retains the right to recommend copy or request new imagery to maintain brand voice and style.
Creative Review: Two (2) rounds of mockups of the Sweepstakes entry page, thank-you page, and co-promo elements are provided before approval is expected.
Sweepstakes Build: All Sweepstakes entry pages, thank-you pages, and co-promo elements are created in-house by TKWW’s Creative Services team.
Sweepstakes Rules: Based on prizing your Account Manager will work with TKWW’s Legal team to draft a sweepstakes rules document outlining terms, eligibility, manner of entry, winner drawing, conditions, etc. The Account Manager will provide the advertiser with the draft of the rules for review 2-3 weeks prior to sweepstakes launch. Final approval of the rules will be due 5 business days prior to sweepstakes launch.
Prizing: Minimum prize amount of $2,500 retail value.
Registering and Bonding: Sweepstakes with prizes with a total value greater than $5,000 need to be registered and bonded. This process takes an additional two weeks once rules are approved, so prizing details may be due in advance of the normal 4 week deadline.
