Third-Party Tracking: Third-party tracking is not permitted for social promotions. Creative Review: Upon request, one (1) round of mockups is provided before approval is expected. Editorial Voice: The Knot retains the right to edit copy or request new imagery to maintain brand voice and style. Instagram Business Account: In order to properly tag an advertisement in Instagram, the advertiser must have a Business Account. A Business Account is free to setup, and can be accomplished by accessing the “Settings” button on the Instagram home page, and then following the instructions provided in the “Switch to Business Profile” option. Simply connect the Instagram account to your Facebook Page to complete the switch. Giveaway Rules: Based on prizing your Account Manager will work with TKWW’s Legal team to draft a giveaway rules document outlining terms, eligibility, manner of entry, winner drawing, conditions, etc. The Account Manager will provide the advertiser with the draft of the rules for review 2-3 weeks prior to giveaway launch. Final approval of the rules will be due 5 business days prior to giveaway launch. Registering and Bonding: Giveaway with prizes with a total value greater than $5,000 need to be registered and bonded. This process takes an additional two weeks once rules are approved, so prizing details may be due in advance of the normal 4 week deadline.
